Pathetic service from ABSA

I have sent a message on this platform before abd ABSA is plain ignoring it- I am going to take this matter further.

The loan is paid off why is ABSA continuing to deduct debits from my account monthly. I have clearly indicated when the person who contacted me was looking into the matter after the first complaint here on Helopeter and it was assured what the outstanding amount was. Please refund the money you have taken and close this account immediately. Also send me a paid up letter immediately as well. I am not going to tolerate this incorrect handling of this matter
