pathetic service from ABSA Business Service

This is pathetic service from ABSA, on my Business account! it’s been 10 days without any valid feedback on a matter, ive received 3 case managers but one is mia, one redirected me to the wrong department and closed the ticket, and one said I must send a email to ***, which i did on the 6th already without feedback and I’ve emailed them again on the 12th without any feedback?? What’s going on?? I’m done waisting my time with Absa, I now want my money so that I can close my account and move on!! This is really pathetic service from ABSA, I will not want them to manage any of my money if their support are this useless!
