Pathetic service from Absa bank

I app**** for a loan about over a week ago from Absa bank online on the 27th of September. And the feedback ive been getting is pathetic from Absa. Ive phoned them on friday the 29th of September and they asked me to send my bank statement again. So ive sent my bank statements again. Ive phoned them again on the 4th of October and they said they will call me regarding my loan later in the day. Today is the 5th of October still with no feedback regarding my loan. Service from ABSA bank is pathetic.
