Pathetic service from ABSA ban****!!

My experience at ABSA has been quite a disaster. I am currently being threatened by a company to take legal actions against me due to lack of of communication from ABSA.

First I they could not explain to me what deductions was going of my account every month.

Secondly after I had enough of their bull**** and paying the account they lost my file and could not trace where they sent it to.

After the file file was found, the money was paid STILL no communication was was given throw to the Debut collecting company!!

I have emailed, I have called, I have done any and everything that i could and STILL this has not been sorted out.

In my life I have never seen such "slapgat" behavior towards a PAYING costumer. If there is something I can teach or help someone with today it is DO NOT BANK WITH ABSA!!!!!!!!!!
