Pathetic service from ABSA bank

Disgusting service from ABSA bank No one ever calls back or returns the emails. Been trying to get hold of the credit card division only to receive a different reference number everyday. No one ever answers the phone at the call centre or you eventually get cut off. It’s ridiculous how one has to send the same email everyday with no response from them only to get a different reference number every time. So how does one get through to them because clearly emails are not working and the phones are not answered. Still trying to sort out an issue since September this year-
