Pathetic service from ABSA - tax certificates<br> I have been struggling for more than a week now to get a tax certificate on my ABSA investment account.<br> Phoned various numbers and eventually was told to phone *** option 1 and 4.<br> Now apparently this department is for home loan enquiries only.<br> How pathetic.<br> Is there nobody who can e-mail me a tax certificate?<br> Please don't tell me they have been posted.<br>
