Pathetic service
Disappointed in Absa private banking. I have been asking for assistance and emailed the new private banker (constantly a new one) more than a month ago and still no response or acknowledgement of my email. I have been a loyal customer and having issues I want assistance with but to get assistance is non existent. The banker I worked with beautifulky for years left to Standard Bank. I wonder why.
