Pathetic service

Since 05.08.2021 I am trying to get Absa consultants to assist me with a settlement on a student loan. I have been sent from pillar to post and still havent been helped. Today I got a list as long as my arm of telephone numbers in Cape town to call. All on voicemail. Pathetic. You cant get hold of anyone to assist a d to try and get their Head Office number is another story.
