Pathetic service

Tried twice to deposit money into an easyequities account, which is a product of First World Trader (PTY) LTD. The foreign exchange section at ABSA Mooirivier Potchefstroom just refused to transfer money from my account to the account in the USA. This after all the necessary details were provided. ABSA stated that they need a beneficiary address in the US. The bank account, CITI Bank (Wallstreet, USA), which is registered under the name of First World Trader (PTY) LTD, is indeed the beneficiary in the USA and therefore their address is sufficient. Even the bank manager said that it can't be and that an extra address is needed. I called EasyEquities, First World Trader (PTY) LTD, in Johannesburg and they said that no bank has refused a transfer before and the details provided should be sufficient. Went to ABSA Bank in Matlosana Mall (Klerksdorp) which is a 50km drive and they had no problems. Surely ABSA in Potchefstroom could have phoned someone, including EasyEquities/First World Trader (PTY) LTD to make sure that everything is in order to avoid confusion. Why else am I paying bank fees? Those bank fees are for service delivery! Come on ABSA! I had to drive extra far during a time where we are not really allowed to just to get decent service delivery because the bank close to home doesn't want to help.
