PATHETIC, SERVICE - DISGUSTED

Totally disgusted at Absa's service. My 80 dad had an account of R772.00 that needed to be paid. I sent the money with our General worker to pay in, in the bank. He was met by rude unhelpful staff who did not want to assist him in the bank. He was told that this amount needed to be paid in at the atm, and the amount should be rounded off. This is pathetic as why should we pay more just because Absa's tellers are unhelpful. He told me that the 'white' lady was rude and unhelpful and helped others before him even though he was there before them there. If I personally went into the bank I would definitely not tolerated this attitude from anybody. Seriously, don't look down on how others and be friendly and helpful. PATHETIC, SHAME ON YOU RUDE WHITE LADY, I thought ****** was a thing of the past.
