Pathetic service

I app**** for a personal loan 2 months ago. Got my pre approval and then needed to be contacted to finalize the loan. Nobody contacted me. I have app**** again where they do not see a reason as to why my loan process wasn't continued. Now, I phone 2-3 times a day to see where in the process I am. 1-3 day turn around time is long gone.

Don't even know if I want to continue banking with them.
