pathetic service

I went to Absa bank in Key West around past 12 mid day, I was so surprised to find a long que at the tellers with 1 teller on counter whereas the is lots of counters available that can be used. No manager on the floor to check clients the speed of process from the teller they just assume we have the whole to just and wait at the branch or maybe they don't care.

I needed to withdrawal as I made notice so now with my health issues can't wait for long in those cold chairs who will be put to blame for missing the dates of withdrawal.

All I want right now is to close all of my accounts.
