pathetic service
i have sent an email on the 21st November 2022 to Absa Pensions, I have ask few concerns on my pension payout about getting the copies of payment from date of commencement of the payout and also verifying if one get the payout incentive once a year. I would appreciate if you can revert to me.

i went to Absa branch on the 21st November 2022 at Cosmo mall, they gave me phone to make a call to pension administrators which is Sanlam. They said i should refer the mater to you guys as they are the administrators only.
my late wife was an Absa staff member ,her name was Precious Thulisile Radebe
