Pathetic service by ABSA home insurance

Good morning

I must say how dehumizing and disgusting the service that Absa is giving my mom family(in your hands). It is quite apauling how we simply being undermined because of the high possibility of the sound of our last name.

I surely know for a fact that if our last name was Smith or Van de wyk we would most definitely NOT be undermined and treated this way.

I have been awaiting communication from you for over a month in regards to the cheap labour repair that was made in my home, an assessor came and saw the damage and informed us after numerous follow ups that a Rufus Pillay needed to call us back but he has NOT done so up to date.

I am going to get my story heard as I feel that just because we are a family in a black community our complaint is not taken seriously more especially by you. This behavior is utterly disgusting and angering.

I will dragged this on social media, the press and any ear willing to listen. You undermine our complaints due to our skin color but not our money.

You avoid us as live day in day out in filth o the labour you provided. The living condition is dehumanizing, I resent the day we trusted ABSA!
