Pathetic Service

I have app**** for an Absa personal Loan over 3 weeks ago. I received the pre-agreement but still waiting for them to send the mandate to accept. Every time I call in wasting my airtime and time there's always a problem No one is assisting me with the payout pathetic!!!!! Worst service I ever received. So unacceptable and unprofessional!
