Pathetic service

One star is more than what I wanted to give.

The most pathetic service from their Estates division. My mother passed away in 2019. To this day her estate has not been finalized. Every second month I try to do inquiries the contact person/person working with the estate has changed or does not work there anymore. No answers can be given and their telephone line quality and etiquette are so poor that you have to give up the call at some stage and then start the 10min waiting period all over again.

All I want is to lay my mother to rest, once and for all.
