Pathetic service

Extremely unhappy with the service I have received from ABSA..... I was advised to change to ABSA as if was a better bank which seemed like it was seeing that I now have a home loan and car finance with them.... however I have been signed up for posted statements which I have never signed up for on opening my account I am now being charged every month a fee for this.... for something I did not sign up for not request.... now I have tried calling and emailing 3 times being given the run around to different departments being told I need to call this department or email this department.... then told I need to go in to a bank to see a consulant after sitting for more than an hour with no more than two tellers assisting clients I have still not been assisted and this is unacceptable it is such a simple process and no one has the time to sit and wait at a branch or drive too it if it can be done telephonically!
