PATHETIC SERVICE

Good day

I am very much disturbed by the inconvenience and appauling service that Absa is giving me .On the 16 March 2024, I had requested Absa to transfer funds from an old cheque account( ***) of mine to my new account which also is with Absa because I have an urgent personal matter that needs my attention at home but up until today, Absa has failed to action this request.I have faced barriers when making contact with Absa in this regard because the consultants have been making empty promises and misleading me by informing me that the funds will reflect but up until today, the funds have not reflected.I again was made to feel like a clown this evening by one of the consultants from the internet banking division whom intentionally gave me actionlines direct number and informed me that I will get through to them, only to find that she did that deliberately because she has knowledge of the Actionline department's working hours.She was running away from giving me proper advice or direction of assistance .This goes against my rights of being TREATED FAIRLY and has caused severe prejudice especially after I have been waiting for close to 10 days for this request to be actioned. Please resolve this mediocrity as I am busy planning a huge event at home and I need access to my funds with immediate effect.I do not wish to wait anylonger than I have waited.If this was a high profile politically exposed person, I am sure you would not have inconvenienced them to this effect..I do wish for my funds to reflect before 12 o'clock midday tommorrow otherwise I will escalate this matter further as I feel it is a direct sabotage done intentionally.I am hoping for updates every minute until my request has been actioned with immediate effect, it has never taken 10 days before to have a simple transaction facilitated.The initial reference of this request is :C***1. PLEASE ATTEND TO THIS MADNESS AND TRANSFER MY FUNDS TO REFLECT IMMEDIATELY ON MY ACCOUNT BEFORE 12 O CLOCK MIDDAY. This tendency of FSP's not taking blacks professionally is impacting negatively on your reputation.
