Pathetic service

I went to Absa in Trade Route Mall the receptionist Melanie she isn't customer orientated at all I greeted her she just stared at me until I asked her how she's doing, her response was so pathetic I even walked out of the bank. With so many competitors around her she should do her best to retain her customers not chase them away with her attitude of cause we'll take our business somewhere else where customers are treated fairly and respectfully. She is suppose to be the friendliest seeing shes the receptionist. I'll never go back to that branch!
