Pathetic service.

Pathetic service from Absa Business banking, I closed my business account with Absa a few months ago. The business conultant at the Malmesbury branch confirmed this. I am still receiving statements etc. I have no business with Absa. I have phoned the number on the statement but the callcentre said they do not do business banking. She gave me another number which is not in service anymore? Phoned the local branch, and no answer as the line just kept on ringing and later went dead. Frustratingly pathetic.
