Pathetic service at Absa mall@reds

ABSA MALL@REDS has the most *********** people working there! Its been a month i have been trying to get a new card and everytime I go to the branch there's over an hour wait! Their staff are like half dead and slow... they see the que and just get up and leave to come back 30 minutes later!!! Service is pathetic and appalling. You sit and wait as staff are just walking around.... we also have to go back to work but we must wait for hours for simple transactions. Get competent people or shut the damn branch down
