Pathetic service at ABSA Glenfair.

At Glenfair, Pretoria branch. I went there on 6 February at 10.00 to renew a fixed deposit. In the end it took 5 minutes but I had to wait in 2 queues for more than an hour. The first referred me to the second. There were only 3 staff members that were serving customers. I asked for the manager and was told he was at Menlyn. NOBODY to supervise or to direct customers. PATHETIC and indifferent service! SHAME ON YOU!!
