Pathetic Service At Absa Ghandi Sqaure

I am highly disappointed by the way Absa Ghandi Sqaure conducts business. Early last year I tried to get a business loan through Absa and in the interim I opened up a business account thinking that I was going to be approved for the loan, they shut me down so I had to cancel the account which I never used or even got a card for or even had an account number or confirmation. It's almost a year later and now I am getting calls from debt collectors saying they will blacklist me for an account which was confirmed by the business banker to have been closed. I need this matter to be resolved with immediate effect as this is reflecting bad on me and my business.
