Pathetic service at Absa Cheque acc division

Pathetic service at Absa I called to ask about extra charges on my account that Absa has been charging just simple explanation about digital fees that Absa has been charging me.

To my surprise Absa consultant by name of Clement Matome waisted 40 minutes of my time without answer. I asked for Supervisor, Mph Matvhivha is too special apparently to assist me and his agent about my question.

Shame on you Absa your service is the worst ever
