Pathetic service at Absa

Disgusting service from Absa loan department, I have never experienced such incompetence in my life in a such reputable organization.

I app**** for loan and I was provisional approved for 250 k I asked for a quote for 205 K I was told it's is impossible, later on the same day I received a quote for 205k, I then asked them to check if I take 250 k how much will I pay so that I can compare n make informed decision. I was told it's impossible

How is impossible if you have been approved
