Pathetic service at Absa

My vehicle was financed with ABSA vehicle finance and the service was so bad . I got a settlement letter . And refinanced with another bank and they settled the amount in the letter within the time period that Absa said it was valid too . Now my Absa vehicle finance account is in arrears . I’ve tried to phone so many times but can’t get through it for 30 minutes at a time then get disconnected . Such bad and pathetic service
