PATHETIC SERVICE!!! AND THE SEND WRONG PEOPLE MY INFORMATION!!!

I have app**** online for an account and to date I have not received any service from Absa when I call the call center the keep referring me to go the branch when I go there the consultant captured my details incorrectly and then had to be sent to the branch again and even so my details are still incorrect. I email banker for my account by the name of Ezra Swanepoel and no response to date. I lodged a complaint and the lady by the name of Tshepang promised to send me the call ref and till now I have not received anything!!! Absa is taking people's money and not providing the service. USELESS BANK wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
