Pathetic Service and Over indebted CLIENT (ABSA IS THE WORSE BANK)

I had loans with Absa which was handed over. The was very quick to give me credit for more than I can afford. however, they could never help when I needed help. So this is where thing gets bad. 2 lawyers are calling for the same loan, one has sent me a summons, I advised them I can only pay an x amount. which they will accept but can't stop the judgement. They want me to pay a ridiculous down payment to stop the legal proceeding of a judgement. its really sad ABSA, I have acknowledged my debt and I am wanting to pay it back But the attorney says ABSA doesnt care and will list me. Absa gave me credit more than my annual salary now when I am offering to pay an amount that I can afford they refuse to accept the offer ! so go ahead give credit and mess peoples lives up!
