Personal Loan . I have paid my account religiously since inception about 3 years ago. End of December 2020 I requested a statement where I picked up payments which did not reflect on my statement received from ABSA. Proof of payments have been submitted several times to ABSA after documents have been forwarded to CP Queries by ABSA. I have waisted so many phone calls to get this sorted, it is unreal. CP Queries eventually responded they were able to trace the payments made. I have requested to send me the proper (correct) statement to verify payments. And yes, no response. On 10.02.2021. documents (proof of payments) have been forwarded to Daly Corporation (debt collectors). And again, no response. Today 01.06.2021 I received another call from Daly Corporation who now threatens to summons me. So, if I do not receive a statement, how do you expect me to make a payment (s)? I am more than willing to submit all my proof of payment on request. So in 5 months time - still no response from ABSA or anybody their. I have been blacklisted as a result of this mess. So ABSA, please join the party and get this sorted as I am seeking legal advice. You are a financial institution, so go and read your TCF rules which stands for Treating Customers Fairly.
