Pathetic service

ABSA account closed more than 8 years ago. Receiving monthly statements for the last 8 years. Various complaints lodged on ABSA web site, no response or action. Numerous calls to ABSA customer Service operator's transfer calls, and claim technical difficulties. Calls cut numerous times. To date this has not been resolved and it is evident that ABSA has no clue when it comes to customer service.
