Pathetic service ABSA Sandton City

I spent more than 2 hours at ABSA Sandton City branch for a card collection. This is ridiculous considering that other banks deliver cards to your doorstep. When I received an SMS notifying me that my card was ready for collection I assumed it would be a quick stop, only to wait for 1.5 hours for someone to attend to me. At that point, one of the consultants noticed that I'd been sitting for too long and asked one of her colleagues(Surprise) to assist me. It took her a further 30 min to assist because she had to rely on her senior's (Lehlogonolo) authorization to get things done. Furthermore, there were about 3 people who sat next to me and left because of the branch's pathetic service. I'm a new client but I'm frustrated already. ABSA Sandton City must do better.
