Pathetic service, Absa Piet Retief

ATMS @ PIET RETIEF BRANCH. CHURCH STREET, Only 2 out of 4 atms working. When i asked the bidvest security, why only 2 are working, he did not even bother to answer, and just pulled up his shoulders. I asked him...." is this your way of responding to a customer?" And he just nodded his head. I then went into the branch and asked why only 2 atms are working? The white lady at customer service responded to say, that a technician is busy working in it. The other 2 customer service clerks did not even bother to look up or respond. But, the technician working on it, was apparently a blatent lie, because when i left the branch, the G4 Van, pulled in behind me. This is awfull, pathetic service....
