Pathetic service - Absa Late Estate follow up

Its been almost a year since i have began contacting Absa Late estate to assist with a debt that appears on my late dad's name. Due to this we are unable to wind up the estate. Despite numerous calls and emails, They HAVE STILL assisted me in finalizing this -escalations dept. are non- existent. Case ref no. C-***1
