Pathetic service

I've been trying to get assistance regarding my business Account for over a month now . I've sent numerous emails to Thando Thabethe. I went to the ghandi square branch on Monday and I was given Xola Motloung's number which doesn't work and I've sent an email which she never responded to . I need charged reversed on my business account . I also want to know why I'm being ignored
