Pathetic service

I received my krediet card via the courier about a month ago only to receive a message that I need to go into a branch to get the card activated, what is the point in that????anyway I went into the bank which took a long time with all of the COVID regulations and the lady said the card was activated. Try to make payments and getting a message that it’s a hot card!!!! Made a payment on the app and selected to receive a pop via email and I never received the POP. I’m so fed up with the poor service from ABSA. There is always some sort of issue and it takes for ever to sort out!!!!!! In this day and age you would expect better. I need to get the POP asap and my card sorted out. Really feeling like changing banks I don’t have time for this nonsense.
