Pathetic service

ABSA Cresta Branch has the worst customer care services, there is only one Consultant on duty and a manager who has no interest in managing their processes. I have waited for an hour to be assisted just to be told to go to another que to phone their Credit card department as they cannot assist at the branch. Absolutely pathetic service. You have to do better to hire people that are actually interested and capable of servicing clients.
