Pathetic service

I sent countless emails to Absa to reverse payments , it's now over a week no response , the payments are still not reversed poor service , I sent to the branch they said send an email , till now nothing , it's so funny in this county you must cry for your own money. I have banked with Absa for more than 10 years and they service is gone to the dogs, u can't reverse payments on your own not even historical payments they only allow u 500 and within 30 days that's so stupid.
