Pathetic Service

I had business account with ABSA but due to covid I end up not making revenue and i had made arrangement for my interest and I paid and on the email i specifically ask them to close account as i can no longer continue with that.

5 days ago i made last payment and ensuring that i send proof of payemnt,on the 13th of this month i received sms with reference ABSSBBD/A15721 threatening me that my account is handed to BD attorneys.For all i know is that i paid your bank charges in full and i have sent all proof of payments and i no longer want anything to do with ABSA.your service is really pathetic and its not for the the first time.

I will never ever do business with you guys anymore,you once *****ed me with my car insurance and now this,before calling or sending sms you were suppose to check your records not assumptions
