PATHETIC SERVICE!!!!!!!!

<p>Claimed from Absa for our house roof, they send out a assessor who actually JUMPED on ther roof, after that to tell us they dont cover the roof! Fine we repair the roof on own cost, then a few months back due to fire our property fence gets burned down. Got an assessor again to come see the damage, then they send the contractor to get a quote, in the mean time our cattle roams out the fence and we get threatened the neighbours going to shoot if we dont keep them in. A month pass and we dont hear one word about the claim so again i have to phone and struggle my butt of to get hold of the person who handles the claim, the she tells me sorry it was turned down due to no damage on the fence!!!!! I mean hello???? I ask for second opinion and someone comes out again...in all this time we still have to pay for insurance right...... and still after ANOTHER MONTH havent heard a word from them. I MEAN WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU????We pay for insurance and when we need the claim they dont give a flying squad as long as we keep on paying them all is well for them!!!!!!!!! And again we have to put up a fence out of our own funds while paying for insurance that doesnt pay out. What is the use of insurance then????? KEEP FAR AWAY FROM ABSA INSURANCE THEY DONT PAY OUT AND DONT KEEP IN TOUCH!!!!</p>
