Pathetic service

<p>How is it now all of a sudden that I want to take a extended loan out it now gets said that I already have debt consolidation??? I have never done this before. And no one can find out what this is all about. Telling Lunging that the client should know. We'll guess what I don't know cause I never took one out. Can this please get sorted out asap. As I have contacted RCS and they said it's not them. </p>
