Pathetic service.

ABSA bank is the worst bank ever. I opened a cheque account on the 17 th of March but it was blocked because my surname on the account I submitted to prove income was my ****en surname although I supp**** my new id and original marriage certificate.i have send numerous emails and phoned every day just to be trayfrom one person to another according to the branch where I opened the account they can do nothing. I now want to close the account because I can't use but even that is not possible. And there is no one absolutely no one that can help me. So who is going to pay the banking fees every month? Absolutely pathetic service. All I get is your problem was escalated.
