PATHETIC SERVICE

Please be careful of ABSA. They are full of promises. I have been a client of ABSA since 1993. I have had good service from them till I took out a bond to purchase a house. That department is not a problem but the Home Owners Insurance is pethetic. Watch out for their fine print. They will find a way not to assist when something goes wrong. In 2019 I lodged a claim on my cracked pool-rejected. My pool still stands empty. Value of my property has dropped by thousands. Begining February 2022 lodged a claim on my garage not working- giving me the run around yet again.I to feel the service providers of ABSA ARE USELESS. Watch out for this BANK. PATHETIC communication. Useless bunch.
