Pathetic service

We opened a savings account for our son at the Paarl Mall branch on 6 January 2023. To date this account has not been activated, and that after several calls to the branch manager and consultant, Zolani. As long time Absa clients this service is pathetic, seriously concidering opening a Capitec account for the kid in stead!
