Pathetic Service
I app**** for a loan online Monday 15 June. Got sms provisionally approved consultant will contact you. Tuesday phone to follow up all good consultant will phone takes 3 days. Phone Wednesday, after receiving sms to call point of application, all good consultant will phone. Phone Thursday, sorry docs missing please email. Email docs, phone to follow up, all good consultant will phone you. Phone today, sorry you failed security questions, please visit branch. This is ridiculous, it CANNOT take 5 days to determine if I qualify for a loan. Promises of consultants phoning me, 5 days later NOTHING. I am not going to visit a branch only to hear a soppy story of why they cannot help or a consultant will phone me. Please get somebody to contact me and let me know that is going on, on my application. Or at least just send an sms to let me know the outcome of the loan.
