Pathetic service

I openned Depositor account in Ixopo branch it was on the 10th of october 2015 . Come december my mom want to withdraw the money they tell her about soft lock. My mom has been running around like a headless chicken being sent from pillar to post without getting any proper feedback. I dont understand why absa is employing useless people at Fica department. We as clients pay your salaries. Want to close the account they tell stories. We investing our money with this bank not because we desperate but because we think the money is safe at the bank. I do regret the day I recomended this bank to.my family. Worse service.
