Pathetic Service

Pathetic service. I app**** for a bond over a vacant erf with additional funds to build. I am waiting for the funds to be released. First it was that i was supposed to build then the bank will release the funds in phases each time i app**** i was told it will be released based on value of work done. Each time it is declined on affordability. the affordability was accepted and payout was approved now its the value of the work done. The property value is 4X the bond amount but they still not releasing the funds. Every time its another story & documents have to be resubmited. In the interim i am told that the payout was withdrawn.
