PATHETIC SERVICE
phoned the ABSA ***** line on the 26th of March 2018 regarding *****. Still no feedback on the 24th of April phoned them to hear if their is any feedback yet regarding my complained hold for 25 min before I got transferred to an agent (Charmaine) then she said she is going to took into the matter and I'm still holding 35 - 40 min later. I'm still waiting with no results to my case as to yet. Pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
