Pathetic Service!!

Irma van Staden - you are an absolute disgrace to the Complaints Management Centre. I have yet to hear back from you and my query has yet to be resolved. I wrote to you 5 days ago and still nothing!!! I am absolutely appalled by this blatant act of disrespect and inefficiency to deliver any customer service whatsoever!!! This is absolutely shocking!!
