Pathetic service

What a bad experience myself and my wife had with Absa vehicle finance. We app**** for finance on a 4x4 trailor on the net and the respons came back as approved and a consultant will call you shortly to discuss the transaction. Needles to say 3 days and still NO phone call from them. So we decided to call them and after 36 phone calls we got a name of an consultant working with our aplication Sharney. We wrote Sharney 7 emails and left her more than 10 messages with not one respons. Only 1 message from a colleague saying she needs a payslip. The payslip was send of straight away. In the mean time we lost the trailor becuese we could not give the supplier any answer. So now we left several messagges for the so called supervisor Moses to give us a call after 9 messages I decided write this revue. If i knew we are going to strugle like this I would of contacted other banks for help. But we ha a good account with Absa and really thought they will help. Sorry Absa but this is pathetic!!!!!!
