Pathetic Service

Really Absa such lies now after my son has paid R 16150.00 on his credit card his not able to use it in the future after Absa said he will be able to use it once the over limit has been paid now Absa says that it can't be used again let me tell you's one thing you people have already opened that Card and if that card can't be used we refuse paying it after Absa got there money now they doing this. Karen keep promising us feedback im now sick of Absa after all Absa can at least let my son build a credit record but Absa remains heartless this is the worse service i've received from a bank in my life time so no credit card no payment towards it. As Absa can see we can afford the card after all. At least let my son build a credit record with Absa cause he doesn't want to change to another bank he wants to remain at Absa cause his really satisfied with his accounts as well as his fees his paying we really don't mind when it comes to paying bills so please Absa let him use the card in the future and prove to you's that he can pay it and he will turn 18 december.
